We’re running out of time ⏳ to save the affordable homes of over 3,000 people in West and Southwest Philadelphia, but the City has the ability to solve this crisis. We'll write handwritten (best! ✍️) or digital (good 💻) letters to urge the Mayor to act.

According to our friends at One PA West/Southwest Rising, The Parker administration has the power to direct the City to spend only $30 million over 5 years ($6 million/year) to purchase the Neighborhood Restorations (N.R.) homes, stewarding them to affordable housing providers or reselling them to residents who wish to buy. Yet, the City has been slow to act. 🐢
